Melon Fashion Group buys Sela for undisclosed amount

MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- Melon Fashion Group owning brands befree, Zarina and Love Republic, has purchased clothing retailer Sela, the holding said in a statement on Friday.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

“278 stores located in five countries: Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus, and the online store will get under control of Melon Fashion Group. 143 of them are own stores and 135 are franchise stores. The area of all stores, which went into ownership of the company, is 55,000 square meters,” the company said.
